Adapting process of the reticulate glasses to the computer, television or reading

It is very important we always use the glasses while we are working. This is a basic process we have to do at home or in the office when we are relaxed. I advice doing so after you adapt to reticular glasses because anxiety and impatience, maybe appear at the beginning. To avoid it happens, I´ll give you a very coherent explanation: when the eyes are looking to the screen, they see all at once so that we see the whole screen without moving our eyes. This is what fixation creates because the movement of eyes is very small; and if we stay many hours with this tension, this is aggravated.

How do Reticular Glasses work in the process of adaptation to computer?

They force you to move the eyes in different parts around the screen. It means that the eye works and therefore it doesn´t create fixation, neither tension. But, what happens at the beginning of the process of adaptation to the screen?. That the operating speed of working is reduced and it makes you feel impatience, so it is better to do it at home slowly. Impatience makes us lose the relaxation, and with no relaxation, there is no good vision with reticulate glasses. At the beginning is very important to do it calmly. Not in a hurry.
I advise to do it slower than your instinct tells you, looking carefully every letter on the keyboard and moving the mouse slowly. It makes you work the movement and centralization from the base; it is like learning to write or reading; first off all vowels, then consonants and with both together, we build words. Here is where you start learning another new way to see, through holes and grilles.

Something very important is that we should not be obsessed with grilles which are in front of our eyes, because the brain is very intelligent and combines all the grids and form a single one. In fact, I spent many hours in front of the computer and I forget I have the grids in front of my eyes. When we feel that patience becomes impatient, we should leave the computer until the next day.
When you start again, do it slowly, although you might increase velocity.   Also it might be easier, but it depends on your mood. Simple you have to adapt gradually, and if you like it (if you do it with awareness), in a short time, 15 days more or less, you recover the rhythm you had before. Otherwise, take your time. Everyone has its own time.

About adaptation to television I advice to remove, first, your classic glasses, and watch television wearing the new one when we can were them for 40 or 50 minutes. Then you have to be relaxed and you will notice, little by little, than the brain unites all grids and you can watch the screen through a single grid. One thing actually important relating to the TV, is that if you wear glasses, from the beginning, will force you to move your eyes around the screen to be able to see the scene. It is good against the fixing. Even it would be very good that when you see full screen, at once, don´t stop your eyes and don´t forget to blink; it lubricates the eyes and relaxes. This is what we always should do with, or without glasses.

And about adapting to reading, it would be like with the computer; first of all you should be adapted to grid glasses, and the main difference is, that there should be plenty of light, much better if it is natural, otherwise, we can use bulbs similar (full spectrum or solar) to it. Finally we can use bulbs which are powerful enough, (minimum 1000W), and they have to be focused to the book. After this, we must start seeing letter by letter; it is very important to see the clearness in every letter, and is mainly important, cultivating patience, because the previous speed was much faster than the current. This is a new learning; as if it is the first time we read and it’s just a game. At the moment that impatience appears again, we stop until the next day; then, we´ll be able to read full words but always patiently, we´ll be able to increase the speed until it is good. The fact that we can watch television, use the computer or reading for a long time with reticular glasses, it doesn´t mean that we don´t have to stop occasionally to relax the sight without any glasses; because this new glasses have no periphery, and this is especially necessary, for myopia. Anyway the eye knows when is comfortable; we have just to recognize our limits. And the goal of these glasses is to use them as little as possible.
