Visión natural

Using them as sunglasses

Normal sunglasses have an important contraindication (except for driving, skiing or speed activities because with reticular glasses you lose periphery and it may be dangerous), and it is that they make that our eyes adjust to soft lights, and it is not what our eyes need, because when we take off the sunglasses, there is a natural aversion to daylight and makes you dependent on them. The eyes need natural light and it is the solar spectrum. If you put, to the eyes, only one soft colour, the eye deteriorates.
The alternative to sunglasses, that I propose you, is to use reticular glasses. Because having a 70% of shadow, our eyes are relaxed, and entering through the holes a 30% of light is enough for eyes and, in addition, is natural and goes directly to the fovea so we have a clear vision; they let in the sun, you receive Vitamin D and it strengthens the immune system.
Many people are ashamed to use these glasses in the street, they ask themselves; what do they think?. It is the fear to be different, but when you realize that many people don´t see you, other think: “How strange they are…what are they?”. Maybe somebody ask to you, but normally they don´t. And people who has imagination they maybe think you´re an alien or you´re from Matrix generation. This is just an adaptation process to society to get used to these glasses.
Remember to take them off occasionally to see periphery. You can put on them a visor or hat if the light bothers you.
