What is the benefit of Reticular Glasses?

As we can see (people who see something), this glasses are made with small holes; squares, rectangles, hexagonal or round that brought the light to the centre of the retina (the clearest point we have in the eye), and the rest of light is retained by the opacity between the holes, what produces that if we wear glasses when we are relaxed, we see clearly. This way of watching is called by William Bates “central fixation”, and other points of view, call it centralization; we remove the name of fixing and we put centralization; not to stare.
I mean, when we try to view an image at once, we don´t get it because our eyes can´t do it.  They need many movements to build an image, and reticular glasses help us to train the movement of eyes because they obligate you to follow the words or images through the holes.

To understand how important is the movement of eyes using this kind glasses, we would have to understand how important is the movement of eye; If you realize, the opposite of eye motion is staring, and; what is staring?: tension, stiffness, pressure etc. To understand it better, imagine an arm or leg always in the same position: there would be no blood circulation and it would have many problems until, finally, they will become chronic. The eye needs, at least, 60 movements per second to be able to build a clear image (saccadic movement); according to the fixation increase, the motion of eyes decrease and we need glasses with more dioptres and we get used to them by obligation. We limit our vision, and we can´t be opened to the world.
I sincerely think that the way in which society forces us to live, is the worst for our eyes and obviously hurts to the rest of the body. And if we think of emotional side, it is really injured.  If we think only about eyes, it is because it is not interesting for us open them. And because technologically, the society advances so fast that our eyes are not used to it,
But the most important question for me is: are we responsible of our eyes or we let them be in charge of society?
